TransmissionIQ is used to store and review recorded radio transmissions. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

• Account details such as email address and organization (tenant) membership.
• Recorded transmission data, including audio files, sender names, timestamps, and optional transcriptions.
• Operational logs used to diagnose reliability and security issues.

How We Use Information

• Provide playback, search, and reporting features for authorized users.
• Manage tenant-scoped access controls and account security.
• Monitor system health and investigate service problems.

Data Access and Sharing

Data is scoped by tenant and is only available to authorized users in that tenant, except for approved super-admin operations required to administer the platform. We do not sell customer data.

Data Retention

Transmission and account data are retained until removed by administrators or deleted as part of system maintenance, backup rotation, or legal/compliance requirements.

Security

We apply role-based authorization, tenant isolation controls, and standard platform security practices to protect data. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be 100% secure.
